Data processing by the platform (operator)

For order management, communication and (where used) shipping, this workshop uses the SaaS platform Tekari (provided by the company named in Tekari’s legal notice). Tekari processes personal data solely on behalf of and on the instructions of this workshop (processing on behalf under Art. 28 GDPR); a data processing agreement is in place. The controller under data protection law remains the workshop named above.

• Server location: Germany (EU), operated on our own infrastructure.
• Encryption: Sensitive customer data (name, contact details, address, device/order data, messages) is stored AES-256-encrypted – with a key unique per workshop and strict separation between workshops.
• Service providers used: Cloudflare (DNS, attack protection, delivery), UPS (only when shipping is used), Google reCAPTCHA (protection against automated attacks). Billing between the workshop and Tekari is handled via PayPal – this concerns the workshop only, not end customers.
